John ROWLES, bachelor, married Sarah WRIGHT, spinster on 25 September 1815 at St.George in the East.

Both signed their names.

Witnesses: Stephen WRIGHT. Second signature illegible.

 

Amelia, daughter of John and Sarah ROWLES, Union Street, baptised 27 October 1817 in St.Leonard, Shoreditch (born 21July 1817) Father's occupation: Merchant's Clerk.

John, son of John and Sarah ROWLES baptised 10 February 1819 in St.George in the East (born 11 January 1819) Father's occupation: Sea Broker.
Address: Norfolk Street, Commercial Road, Stepney.

 

"Bailie's Party of 1820 Settlers" by M.D. Nash says that he was born in Oxfordshire.
