These are to certify that Matthew ADAMS, son of Henry ADAMS and Eliz'th ADAMS, who was daughter of Edw'd CRAVEN, Peterboro, was born in Orchard Street in the Parish of St.Luke's, London in the County of Middlesex on the 7th day of June 1800, at whose birth we were present.
