Inverness, Dunbar's Hospital, formerly a grammar school and hospital for the poor under the care of the Old High Kirk Session. It was built in 1688. Ambrose George and Elizabeth Susanna, children of Major Charles CAMPBELL and Elizabeth LANE, were baptised in Inverness High Kirk.
