Sir,
I received your circular letter of the 16th stating the terms of emigrating to the Cape of Good Hope. I should be obliged to you to lett me know whether it will be necessary to send a list of the names & when the deposit is to be paid down. I shall be much obliged if your will inform me whether their will be habitation ready for the settlers.
