My Lord,

I humbly submit to your Lordship's consideration the Enclosed list of persons desirous of Emigrating to the Cape of Good Hope oweing to many of the original Settlers refusing to proceed their places are substituted by others with as little arrangement as possible in each Class as the nature of the circumstances will allow. The greater of each of the people having already arrived in L'pool,

I humbly request your lordship that the same men be admitted and received on board the Albury, Lieut. MUDGE RN. I hope to have it in my power to forward for your Lordship's approval an amended

and final list on Monday next when the whole of the Party will have arrived in Liverpool.
