The will of William ULYATE, Gentleman, of St.Mary Newington, Surrey dated 28 September 1807 can be downloaded from the National Archives.

According to The Settler Handbook Henry ULYATE travelled to the Cape with his wife Lucy and children Mary, Henry and Sarah. Also with him were his stepchildren Lucy, William and John FINAUGHTY.

It looks as if Lucy may still have been married to William FINAUGHTY when she had Henry's children, as they were baptised with the surname FINAUGHTY and the middle name ULYATE.
